SERVICE TERMS
Scope of Services
The Systems Café provides done-for-you services, including but not limited to systems setup and automation using platforms such as Flodesk, Project Broadcast, Canva, and Expert Pro. The exact scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of any project.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service from Us, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms outlined in service agreements or privacy disclosures.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Access to Client Systems
As part of Our services, You may grant Us access to Your systems, accounts, or platforms. This may involve handling sensitive data such as contact lists, platform credentials, financial records, or other proprietary business information.
Confidentiality Commitment
All information accessed will be used solely for the purpose of delivering Our services and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without Your explicit written consent, unless required by law.
Data Security Disclaimer
While We implement reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of Your information, no digital system is entirely secure. By granting access, You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.
Limitation of Responsibility
The Systems Café is not responsible for data breaches, loss, or unauthorized access caused by external platforms, third-party tools, or improper security practices on Your part.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created or provided during Our services—including workflows, templates, and designs—are the intellectual property of The Systems Café.
These materials are licensed to You for use within Your business only. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of Our work without prior written permission.
SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
Included Support
Each done-for-you service includes 30 days of complimentary support from the date of final delivery. This support includes reasonable assistance with questions, troubleshooting, and adjustments related to the initial scope of work.
Communication
Support is available via email at [email protected]. Support hours and response times will be communicated during the onboarding process.
RECURRING SUPPORT PACKAGES
Support Retainer Terms
The Systems Café offers ongoing support through recurring support packages, available as a minimum 3-month retainer. These retainers include access to continued strategic support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and implementation updates within the agreed scope.
Billing & Renewal
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Clients may choose to renew after the initial 3-month term. If You wish to cancel after the initial term, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Scope of Services
Support provided under the retainer will be outlined in a separate agreement. Any work requested outside of the defined scope may be billed separately or require a revised agreement.
Unused Time
Hours or services included in the retainer do not roll over month-to-month unless otherwise specified in writing.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized and digital nature of Our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless specifically stated otherwise in writing prior to the start of service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Systems Café disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of Our services.
We are not liable for issues related to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Flodesk, Project Broadcast, Canva, or Expert Pro.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Good Faith Efforts
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal, good-faith communication.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.

By using this website or purchasing Our services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
